First and foremost, if you are being bullied, do not feel that you are responsible for being bullied or somehow deserve being bullied, because you are NOT the problem. The bully is the one with a problem. No one has the right to purposely upset, hurt, degrade or injure you.
Bullies want you to know that they have control over you and your emotions. Although it is really hard to do, try not to give the bully what he/she wants, try not to react. Try not to cry or get angry and don’t ever retaliate with physical force.
Below are eight ways to deal with bullie

what to do if you are BEING BULLied

Ignore the Bully
Sometimes it helps to ignore the bully. Do not give the bully the satisfaction of knowing that he/she has succeeded in upsetting you. Bullies get enjoyment from making others feel hurt or uncomfortable, so reacting to them will only encourage them further. The bully wants attention and if you show them that they are emotionally hurting you, they will get more pleasure out of doing it.

WALK AWAY
If someone is being mean to you, you don’t have to stand there and take it. Walk away. Walk to a safe place where there are adults and kids that you trust.
TELL THE BULLY TO STOP
Look the bully directly in the eye and assertively tell him/her to stop. Use a firm but calm voice. Try not to sound scared, upset or angry because it may encourage the bully to continue being mean to you.
avoid the bully
Try your best to avoid the bully without making it obvious. If the bully takes the same route that you do, try a different route. If the bully can't find you, they can't bully you.
RELY ON YOUR FRIENDS
Always walk with a friend and avoid being alone. There is safety in numbers. Most bullies will be deterred from bullying you, if you are with your friends.
SHRUG OFF MEAN COMMENTS
If you feel comfortable doing so, look directly at the bully and in a neutral tone shrug off their mean comments with a “whatever,” “so” or “who cares.” Do not say anything cruel or hurtful because this will only incite the situation.
ASK FOR HELP
Do not suffer in silence. Approach an adult you trust and ask for help. It's important that you talk to someone about your problem. Asking for help is not cowardly of you and it is not tattle telling. It takes courage and strength to ask for help.
DO NOT TAKE what the bully says to heart
Do not let the bully’s mean words and actions stop you from believing in yourself. Always remember that the person who is bullying you is the one with the issue, not you.
