BULLIES OUT

 

Bullies Out is one of the UK’s most dedicated and ambitious anti-bullying charities. They support to thousands of young people that have been affected by bullying. Their website has lots of helpful information and advise on what to do if you are being bullied.

Kidscape’s website offers an extensive range of advice and information to children and young people that are being bullied.

 

Kidscape also offers free one-day ZAP workshops for children and young people aged 9-16 who have experienced bullying. The ZAP team run workshops fortnightly at five different venues: London (near Victoria), Birmingham, Leicester, Newcastle upon Tyne and Sunderland. I have attended a workshop and highly recommend it.

Respect Me is a charity that aims to have all children and young people live free from bullying and harassment so that we can reach our full potential. Their website has lots of useful information on bullying, including a short video that explores some of the options you should consider if you are being bullied.
